Maybe is Scammer

I went to JB City Square few days ago, I was approached by a young guy and he asking me to sign and peel off this ‘lucky draw’ envelope....there is a picture and he congrats me for winning the prize.

He told me that I need to go to their office in Permas Jaya to claim the prize.....and he also can get RM100 fm his company coz i "WON" the prize....so he ask me quickily follow him go their office to claim....but that day I got no time and need to rush back S'pore, then I "promiss" said that I will go claim this Sat afternoon....

May i know who see or "WON" this before? issit the Scammer???
